Every year we are committed to our events.  Big or small, we make them all!  And at the end of Pride Season, we feel like we've been rode hard and put up wet.

Healthy Pride will help you perform at your peak, even if you're not in peak physique.  There are three aspects to better self-care that make us more effective as Pride Organizers - sleep, exercise and proper nutrition.  If you're like most of us, then you take better care of your volunteers than you do yourself.  Treat yourself like family and go further, faster with little or no "Pride Hangover".
