Ages 14 – 20. Many Staten Island youth do not feel that they can wear clothing that corresponds to their gender identity or dance with the partner of their choice at their school proms. The Staten Island LGBTQ Youth Prom serves as a safe space for young people to dance, dine, and create community. Tickets are $40 and can be subsidized. No youth are turned away for inability to pay.
