A representative from S&A Unified Home Care will be speaking to participants about home health service, personal care, physical therapy and home occupational therapy. S&A Unified Home Care also assists with sign-ups of CDPAP program which allows a loved one or friend to be a direct supporter, TBI waiver program which is a program that helps people with traumatic brain injuries get services needed. NHTD waiver program which helps people with disabilities aged 18+ who are at risk of nursing placement.  

There will be Coffee and Tea free of charge. At 12:pm Lunch will be served free of charge.
