SNA unified Homecare is a licensed home care agency that has home health aides, and personal care aids. SNA provides care for special needs children all the way up to adult. This is called the OPWDD program. SNA accept over 10 Medicaid HMOs to pay for the services of the Homecare and the other Medicaid waiver programs that SNA offers in the community.

-NHTD Waivers for NY residents ages 18 - 64 with physical disabilities and seniors ages 65+ who are at risk of nursing home placement.

-TBI Waivers for people with traumatic brain injuries facilitating a comfortable transition into their community.
