This FREE Dance Party, A Pride Movement to Wellness, is an all-inclusive dance party celebrating movement, joy, and mental wellness!

Through dance and creative expression, we break down stigma, build connection, share positive mental health resources and have FUN!

Open to ALL people, including the LGBTQIA+ community, allies, families, and friends of all ages.
